Refund Policy


Digital Products Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the digital nature of our services, we do NOT offer refunds once an order has been processed or delivered.

Refund Exception

Refunds are only provided if:

  • The service delivered is significantly different from what was described on the product page, OR
  • The service cannot be delivered at all.

In such cases, customers must contact support within 48 hours of delivery with clear evidence.

Non-Refundable Situations

We do NOT provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Delays in delivery
  • Platform removals of followers/engagement
  • Account bans or suspensions
  • Incorrect username submitted by customer
  • Private accounts during delivery
  • Chargeback attempts after successful delivery

Chargebacks

Filing a false chargeback after successful delivery is considered fraud.
We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks using delivery proof, IP logs, and transaction records.
